Red Train Photos

I found an announcement in August that there was going to be a SteamPunk get-together one Sunday over at the Whippany NJ Train Museum. So I thought, I have some time, let’s go. It was blazing hot, but I thought to get over there by 11, spend an hour or so to get some nice photos and exit. I went. There was no get together, just about a dozen random tourists at the museum

So I decided to may my $5.00 and see what was there. It was mildly interesting, but I’m really no train buff (never understood the fascination and/or obsession with trains). I walked around and there were two red painted cars that really had interesting forms, especially the two below with the railings or whatever they were. The one in the middle I loved the three color scheme. So these are now my red-train photos. I think I like the middle one the best.

All taken with my Olympus E-M1.2 with the ultra-versatile 12-40/2.8.
