At Atlantic Highlands, NJ, there is a slip where a ferry comes in and this is the metal barrier that was driven into the ground to form the channel. It’s obviously seen a lot of salt water and salt air and has suffered from rust, even thought it’s been painted multiple times.
It had rained this morning and there was a nice reflection puddle to work with that day.
